Passion Hub Food Fare

This charitable organization is associated with Batu Lancang temple. The event, Chap Goh Mei Food Fare’ was held close to the market area.

NGOs who registered to help selling the food were given RM1,000. LDS was one of the participants. The group was led by Michelle with Jade and Koon as helpers. Snow assisted in pulling the sales.

It was a fun filled day. Jade and Koon gained experience in selling the food. We also enjoyed the free food given by the organizer.

Special Olympics

Special Olympics Penang is part of a global movement dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities through the power of sports. LDS members were invited to join the event which included, a detailed presentation about the ‘Special Olympic’ activities and the opportunities which are open to all.
