The ambition of LDS is to ensure that everyone, regardless of their unique challenges, has the opportunity to thrive in a professional environment that promotes inclusion and equality.
Our Ambition
Management
The society is managed entirely by unpaid volunteers, therefore 100% of the proceeds from sales and donations are utilized to pay our OKU staff and overheads.
